These
Balloon centerpieces ended up being really bright, fun and showy.
Balloons are an
inexpensive way to go (unless you use helium).
We just attached 4
balloons together with a twisty tie and nestled a balloon weight in the middle.
Gotta have
"GOLD" candy for St. Patrick's!!
